The idea behind the Librarians Bookstore was to have the one place where Librarians, Library Technicans and Library Assistants can obtain all their educational and professional development resources on the one site.

 

The Librarians Bookstore is managed by Justine and Damian Lodge who are both Librarians. 

 

Justine is a qualified Teacher Librarian working at the Wagga Wagga Christian College as the sole Teacher Librarian in a K-12 School.  Justine has undergraduate degrees in Business (LIM) and Education and a Masters Degree in Teacher Librarianship.  Justine has also worked in Special, Public, Tafe and University libraries.

 

Damian currently lecturers at Charles Sturt University in the School of Information Studies.  Damian started his Library career working as a Library Tech in Tasmania and has worked in public and academic libraries.  Damian has an undergraduate degree in Business (LIM) with Masters degrees in Information and Library Management and Business Administration.  Damian has recently completed a two year term on the Board of Directors of the Australia Library and Information Association.
